The way the School Board system is setup, is that they reward public schools for doing better academically. It's dumb, because those schools are usually wealthy to begin with and this process actually punishes poorer school districts for failing students. Instead of rewarding the ones that are benefiting - put the finances into the ones that aren't. __________________________________________________ | |
