How many days a week do you do these? And it looks like you're making some kind of adjustment with your hands prior to each rep. What exactly are you doing there? Is this something to help your wrists? Thanks so much for any insight you can give. I'm trying to learn how to do these. Great video!

You can do them daily as part of your warm-up routine. 3 sets of 10 reps. Start with a wide grip, try a smaller grip every week. You'll quickly improve if you do these a lot. The adjustment: I simply regrip the broomstick on each rep.

Forget about the name "dislocation". This exercise doesn't dislocate your shoulders. It increases mobility in the upperback & chest.
