You should stay in the loading menu for awhile then it should switch off to the next screen. In the game there should be a Marcus in your spot and the people seeing this most likely will be like "OMG the ADMINS are watching us!" or "OMGZ a new glitch we have a A.I. on our team!". You should then enter the game and tell all your friends about the new screen that you have found.
