Description:

This video portrays the hypocrisy with which the Government of Canada expresses shame for a harmless embarrassment to an old huckster while simultaneously acting as a mousy apologist for the Bush Administration's serial child abuse and ongoing kidnapping and torture (emotional, mental, social and physical) of Canadian Citizen, Omar Khadr. "He had been left hog-tied and then urinated on himself, and when the guards discovered the mess, they squirted him with the cleaner Pine-Sol and, with his arms and legs still bound, used his body to clean up the mess." Source: Toronto Star http://www.thestar.com/article/208502 "According to documents filed by Khadr's lawyers, he was refused pain medication for his wounds. He was transferred to Guantanamo Bay in Cuba in October of 2002 where he was continuously tortured. He was left shackled in an interrogation room for hours until he urinated on himself and the floor. Guards poured a Pine Sol like liquid all over him and used him as a human mop to clean the mess. He was not given a change of clothes for forty eight hours. He states that he was mercilessly beaten by guards on a number of occasions and threatened with rape." Source: http://www.canadiandimension.com/blog/2007/05/uncomfortably-numb/

WAR or continued deployment of NATO forces is not a solution, only way-out is political and humanitarian. Immediate handover of Guantanamo detainees to the respective "WAR theaters in Afghanistan & Iraq" for trial will be wise thing to begin humanitarian solution.
